The research at Energy Essentials is performed by an interdisciplinary group of professionals from the fields of health care, mental health, engineering, spiritual and religious, and martial arts. Our combined experience spans two centuries of dedicated scientific and wisdom research.

Energy Essentials' motives are humanitarian and global. Our research explores with precision and enthusiasm the very core nature of humankind's expression of excellence — what limits us, what motivates us, and what liberates us. And, yes, how to use that information to create positive and powerful expression in our everyday lives.

Our discoveries continue to result in advanced methodologies capable of expeditiously removing the opposition or struggle against our own excellent expression. The results are demonstrated and verified. Most importantly, the results are maintained and "naturalized" as a way of daily living. The methods utilized are sequential in process and implementation, creating results that are global and holistic.

Our research is both with individuals and groups. Each experience for the individual or group, as well as our research team, opens an opportunity for rich expansions of applicable concepts and ideas.

Depression Disappears With Core Health

This group research details the first six months of a two-year study with individuals medically diagnosed and using prescription depression medication. At the onset of the research, the Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II), the standard psychiatric/psychology depression measure, was given as a baseline measure.

Following the holiday season, after only four sessions, we were amazed that all but one tested as no longer depressed! Documentation is replete with charts of positive change.

Freeing Criminal Drug Addicts With Core Health

Energy Essentials' current research project is with 30 "dual diagnosis" criminal drug addicts at The Bridge. This is a 16-session series with one- month, three-month and six-month follow-ups.

We established multiple baselines, including BDI-II, to demonstrate movement and retention. Participants range from age 18 to 61, male and female, many having multiple criminal offenses. Some individuals have been in as many as 10 recovery programs. Counselor Nate, commenting on the selection of The Bridge clients said, "We didn't hold back; in fact, we gave you the toughest ones!"

The Bridge Executive Director is Dr. V. Michael McKenzie, a Harvard Ph.D. specializing in addictions for 25 years and author of two books.

(Research project in progress through December 14, 2005. The first Research Report is anticipated to be available by March 1, 2006.)

Transferability Study

This report documents that a person, having completed training, can achieve the same positive results demonstrated by the Applications Research Team. This transferability study employed all baselines used for the Research Group on Depression, with equally outstanding results.

The individual demonstrating transferability was a participant in the original depression study research. The client, a mental health counselor, reported being depressed for 41 years (medically diagnosed as depressed and using prescription medication). Both traditional and alternative help had been sought with no relief, until finally achieving results with Core Health.

Ongoing, Dynamic Process

Core Health and Life Applications continue to be applied to a variety of life challenges to move past distress into peak living — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
